Senior Brand Content Manager

You will shape how Insense shows up in the market through content, messaging, storytelling, brand consistency, and creative execution. You'll create high-quality marketing assets that attract the right audience, support product launches, build trust, and drive demand.
This role is both strategic and hands-on. We need someone who can define what content to create, for whom, in which format, and why, then execute it quickly and with high quality. You will own key work streams including email campaigns, lead generation assets, sales materials, sponsorship content, and webinar collateral.

📍This role is open to anyone based in Americas or EMEA Time Zone
⏰ You must be available every working day between 8 AM and 12 PM EST if you're based in EMEA. If you're based in the Americas, standard working hours are 8 AM to 5 PM EST.
Who we are looking for
Required:
+4-7 years in content marketing, brand marketing, or a related role in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or tech-enabled services
Strong writing and storytelling skills across multiple formats and audiences
Able to move between strategic thinking and hands-on execution
Experience building content programs that support business goals, not just publishing for the sake of it
Strong editorial judgment and ability to simplify complex ideas into clear and compelling narratives
Comfortable managing freelancers, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders
Organized, proactive, and able to run multiple projects without losing quality
Good understanding of how content supports SEO, demand generation, lifecycle, sales enablement, and brand building
Bonus points:
Experience in influencer marketing, UGC, creator economy, MarTech, or AdTech
Experience with webinars, case studies, founder-led content, or thought leadership programs
Basic design sense and ability to work closely with designers in Figma, Canva, or similar tools
Experience using AI tools to improve content workflows without sacrificing quality
Responsibilities
Own Content Strategy and Editorial Direction
Build and manage the content strategy across the funnel, aligned to company goals, ICPs, and GTM priorities.
Translate business priorities into clear content themes, narratives, and formats.
Plan and prioritize content across channels such as: website and landing pages, blog and SEO content, lifecycle and email content, lead generation assets, social media content, webinars, reports, guides, and case studies, sales enablement content
Maintain a strong editorial point of view and ensure our content is relevant, useful, and differentiated.
Build and Evolve the Brand in Market
Help shape how Insense is perceived in the market through messaging, tone of voice, creative consistency, and storytelling.
Ensure our brand shows up clearly and consistently across all marketing touchpoints.
Partner with Product Marketing and Growth to turn positioning into strong creative execution.
Contribute to brand initiatives such as website refreshes, campaigns, thought leadership, and category storytelling.
Create High-Quality Content That Drives Business Impact
Own or lead the production of content assets that support awareness, conversion, retention, and expansion. This may include: website copy, landing pages, case studies, sales collateral, email marketing content, including newsletters, nurture sequences, post-download flows, post-event follow-up, and other lifecycle content, lead generation assets such as cheatsheets, guides, ebooks, reports, and playbooks, webinars, event decks, and presentation materials, scripts and video content, LinkedIn and other social content, sponsorship and partner campaign copy, one-pagers, battle cards, and other customer-facing collateral
Write, edit, or oversee these assets with a strong focus on clarity, relevance, and business impact. Use AI and modern content tools where helpful to increase speed and efficiency, while keeping quality high.
Manage the Content Production Process
Own the end-to-end workflow of content creation, from idea to brief to production to publishing.
Coordinate internal contributors and external freelancers or contractors such as writers, designers, and video editors.
Build a strong process for planning, reviewing, editing, and publishing content.
Ensure content gets delivered on time and at a high standard.
Partner Closely Across the Team
Product Marketing (Foundation) to turn audience insight, positioning, and launches into compelling content
Growth Marketing (Engine) to support campaigns, paid acquisition, lifecycle, and conversion goals
Sales and CX to create content and collateral that supports customer conversations, objections, and enablement needs
Product and leadership to turn internal knowledge into market-facing narratives
internal subject matter experts to develop accurate and compelling webinar, event, and thought leadership materials
Own Editorial Research and Content Insights
Conduct ongoing research into customer pain points, industry trends, competitor activity, and content opportunities to shape the editorial calendar and content priorities.
Gather insight from Sales, CX, Product Marketing, and leadership to ensure content reflects real customer language, objections, and demand drivers.
Identify content gaps and use qualitative and quantitative insights to improve what we create over time.
Support Distribution and Performance Thinking
While Growth owns the main distribution engine, you should understand how content performs and what makes it useful in different channels.
Collaborate with Growth to make sure content is built for distribution, repurposing, and demand generation.
Track content performance and use insights to improve future output.
Help us create not just more content, but better and more effective content.
Build the Foundation for a Scalable Content Function
As one of the early key hires on the marketing team, you’ll help set the standard for how content and brand work gets done at Insense.
Create repeatable systems, templates, workflows, and quality benchmarks.
Over time, help us identify where to add specialists across content, creative, design, social, or brand.
